Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue is reported within 72 hours of delivery or collection.

  • Proof of purchase and clear photos of the product are provided.

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery.

  • Change of mind purchases.

  • Products reported outside of the specified reporting period.

Refund Process

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product, credit, or refund may be issued at our discretion.
